How to request access and share set-up permissions

Requesting access to Rill Explore

Any Rill Data admin can add additional users.

To request access, please email your account admin or [email protected]

Adding Users (for Admins)

In the User settings on the top right, Admins will find an option to add/edit users.

To add a new user, select Add User on the top right of the screen.

  • Add an email address (if the user email is within your domain, you will have the option to add as an Admin or Member)

  • Select the security policies (which determine the dashboards visible to the user. See Assigning dashboards to users for adding/editing security policies

  • Send the invite (user receives link to edit password and access Rill

Assigning dashboards to users (for Admins)

In the User settings on the top right, Admins will find an option to create and edit Security Policies.

Security Policies are the link between Dashboards and Users so that any number of users (internal or external) can be added to view a dashboard (Invite Users).

You can also add multiple dashboards (Manage Dashboards) to a security policy so that internal users can be grouped by their dashboard requirements or to make only a subset of dashboards available to external Guests.
